Below are some of the classes we offer. Please click on the appropriate button on the left for more information.
Nurses Assistant Training Classes:
Basic nursing care training for patients in various health
care settings. The 76-hour course includes 60 hours of classroom/lab instructions and 16 hours of clinical preparation. This class is approved by the Ohio Department of Health.
CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (CPR):
This course is based on the combined guidelines and standards set forth by the American Health Association (AHA) in Basic Life Support, Heartsaver and Pediatric CPR.
First Aid:
This course will cover responses for medical emergencies and the safety of the responder.
Medication Administration (Delegated Nursing):
Delegated Nursing course curriculum as approved by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. Students may choose to complete certification one, two or three and the mandatory yearly recertification class.
Certification 1: In administering medication and health related activities - 14 Hours
Certification 2 - Refresher course - 2 Hours
Major Unusual Incidence (MUI) Training:
Universal Precaution / Infection Control / Blood Borne Pathogen Training
Developmental Development Training - 8 hours
